We offer a hassle-free exchange policy. Read below for pickup and exchange timelines.
1. Hassle-free Exchange Pickup
Our delivery partner will collect the parcel from you within 1–2 working days after you raise an exchange request. Please ensure the item is unused, with original tags and packaging where possible, until the pickup is completed.
2. Exchange Timelines
- If the replacement dress is in stock: The exchange will be processed and dispatched within 8–10 working days from pickup.
- If the replacement dress is not in stock: The exchange may take 20–25 working days, as some styles are made-to-order.
3. How to Request an Exchange
- Contact our Support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for exchange.
- We will arrange a pickup within 1–2 working days once the exchange request is authorised.
- After pickup and inspection, we will process the exchange according to stock availability (see timelines above).
4. Made-to-Order Items
Some designs are made-to-order. If your selected replacement is a made-to-order style, please expect longer processing times (20–25 working days). Our Support team will advise on expected timelines when you raise the request.

6. Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to inspection after pickup. Items that are damaged due to misuse, show signs of wear, or are missing original tags may not be accepted.
- Customised or personalised pieces are non-exchangeable unless faulty.
- If an exact replacement is unavailable and you prefer not to wait, our team will offer alternatives or process a refund where applicable (subject to inspection and our policy).
